Do the cheaper packages have less features?+
Nope. Start, Professional and Institution contain complete EDS functionality. They vary in scope of operation and level of support.
What exactly does an active course mean?+
A qualification, certificate or level sold separately counts as a course. Archived courses without new applications do not count towards the limit.
Can our current data be converted?+
Yes. First we verify the sample and mapping. We price migration, configuration and turnkey implementation according to the actual scope of data and processes.
How do automated emails work?+
Templates and timing can be linked to the status of application, order, payment, study start, consultation or termination.
What does the system record on the client's card?+
Contact and study details, groups, progress, documents, payments, emails and related event history.
Can EDS do exams and certificates?+
Yes. The system includes tests, question bank, state exams with PIN, results and certification templates including QR.
